Dave Secor

Dave Secor takes great pride in his hands-on approach to his clients, which are an extension of his family. Dave joined the LA office at the Daniel Hoff Agency in 2006 before heading east to open the NY branch of the agency in 2013. He worked tirelessly to discover new talent and as a result, Dave has helped build careers on both coasts and is proud to currently have talent working on Broadway, TV, and film, as well as in National Tours and at regional theatres, Dave also enjoys teaching workshops to actors at colleges and conservatories across the country.

Dustin Flores

Dustin grew up as a performer and attended the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in NY. He served as the agency director for The Mine Talent Agency for ten years, overseeing their offices in NY and LA, before joining the team at the Daniel Hoff Agency in 2021. As one of the most sought-after agents, his clients book competitively in theatre, television, and film, and over the years he has had multiple clients nominated for Tony Awards, including a win for best-featured Actress. Dustin currently resides in Manhattan.

Marc Anthony Ferre

Marc was destined for a career in entertainment since his first dance class at age 3. His love of the creative arts led him to pursue a degree in film/tv at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. After two years as an agent assistant at CAA, Marc joined The Mine Agency where he was quickly promoted to agent before moving to the Daniel Hoff Agency in 2021. Marc is dedicated to fostering young, emerging talent while guiding the careers of established artists in theatre, television, and film. He resides in Manhattan with his boyfriend, Jason.

Eden Treiman

Eden’s journey began in Los Angeles in 2019, where she immersed herself in the entertainment world while pursuing dual majors in Theatre and Narrative Studies at USC. Starting as a casting and production assistant at East West Players, she soon realized that her calling was to help guide performers through the often-complex entertainment industry. Now, as she embraces the next chapter of her career, Eden is grateful for her DHA family and excited to continue expanding on her true passion. Beyond work, she enjoys attending theatre, discovering new restaurants, and indulging in her guilty pleasure: reality TV.
